Master Services Agreement

This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is made and entered into as of the date signed below, by and between DragonTek International, Inc. (referred to as “DragonTek”) and the client identified by a signed proposal (sometimes referred to as “you,” “your,” or “Client”) and sets forth the general terms and conditions pursuant to which Client may obtain services from any of the affiliated companies or subsidiaries of DragonTek.
